Since I was a child, I have felt a strong attachment to the environment.  Over the years, I have grown to understand the emotional connection between the human spirit and the natural world and its potential to foster the expression of emotions, such as happiness, strength, passion, and pain.  In addition, the natural world has embodies metamorphosis, decay, sadness, and rebirth.  The magnificence of nature and my camera have allowed me to transform ideas and passions into images, often more powerful than words that I do not wish to or cannot express.

 

My training as an architect has helped me to incorporate harmony, light, different perspectives, and strong contrasts to highlight the amazing beauty of nature.  It has also encouraged me to develop the essential sensitivities required to delve into street photography and attempt to capture the precise moments of daily life in public spaces where life expresses its dreams, pleasures, and inequalities.
